It is essential that you keep your back flat while using your Ab Force. Holding in your stomach is a great way of keeping your back flat and also helps prevent your back from rounding out or arching upward.
Do not allow your head to drop down while using your Ab Force. Your head and spine should be in alignment (in a straight line).
Always start on your knees. We recommend kneeling on some type of padding, carpeting or on a folded towel.
Grasp Ab Force handles and roll out slowly. Do not roll out too far. As you become more comfortable and more proficient with the Ab Force, then you can roll out farther. Remmeber that the degree of difficulty is determined by how far out you roll. However, only roll out as far as is comfortable for you.
Important: As you become stronger, you need to roll out farther to enhance results and increase benefits.
