Tones: mid section, arms and back
a. Begin on your knees in a comfortable position. (fig. a)
b. Slowly roll out as far as is comfortable for you then slowly roll back to your starting position. Remember to keep your back flat by holding in your stomach as you use the Ab Force. (fig. b) |

Side To Side
Tones: obliques
a. Begin on your knees in a comfortable position (fig. a)
b. Slowly roll out to one side as far as is comfortable for you. Next, slowly roll back to your starting position. Slowly roll out to the other side, and again, return to your starting position. Remember to keep your bakc flat by holding in your stomach as you use the Ab Force. (fig. b)
Repetitions: Do as many or few repetitions as are comfortable for you. |
